It broke our hearts to leave,but when they robbed our next door neighbors and busted open their safe we decided it was time to go. Almost every house in our million dollar neighborhood was robbed.

2nd generation CA. My grandchildren are the fourth generation. I have happily escaped this year and pray every day that my children and grandchildren will join us.

I was born and raised in this state. I will stay and fight.

I said the exact same thing for many years until I knew CA would never be what it once was and in every direction only became worse by the year. Nothing ever got better and the cost of *everything* just kept increasing. I finally decided fighting it was futile and a losing proposition. Being totally surrounded and out numbered can be very persuasive.
