Who assumes that? I assume that 'citizen journalism' is a source of information, and that all information is good. The key is in being able to evaluate that information by sticking it in our ponder boxes and adding it to the stew.
It takes a discriminating mind to be able to do that and come out with some truth. Also, what alternative do we really have when we KNOW the so called mainstream media is corrupt and working against us.
