The US news sources are predominantly orchestrated by the CIA so I look at foreign news sources too and pick my way through the offerings and at the end of the day, assemble pieces from various agencies which appear to be supported by evidence found elsewhere over time, or supported by documentation or people who appear to be trustworthy.
