After your comment I thought I would look into the matter. Could not find but one mention and it was vague. So I went to Rush’s website and sure enough you are correct. I heard the first comment but not his correction. RR did stand. I am glad. Thank you!
thanks for the clarification - it was RR who selected Judge K. and they both served together on OIC for Judge Starr. At this time today I’m currently back to 97.35% thinking RR is at least leveraged if not white hat ... I still don’t see black hat though folks on these threads know I’m swayed at times ;)
