Brings back memories of childhood. Grandfather was Texan southern gentleman to the core. The south is heart-of-the-country country. Here in the north, we have to settle for Crackerbarrel.
They just built a Crackerbarrel here in Panama City and we don’t even have an Interstate entrance/exit. We are a speshul kind of southern here. Normal people might need a passport to get in.
It is a fun, crazy kind of southern though.
The kind of crazy like if you break your arm in a Hurricane, your EMT neighbor will tape up your arm with electrical tape for you so you can walk to the hospital in knee deep water.
