They’ll keep her on life support, if need be, until Jan 1 when they can argue that history says can’t vote on new SC justice before election. They'll argue that a President facing impeachment shouldn't be allowed to make an appointment...or if they've already impeached they'll argue that an impeached President doesn't have the authority to make a nomination. Maybe that's what this circus freak show is all about.
