The whole family is dysfunctional. Skirt chasing daddy, pedo uncle, drunk aunts, etc... His father is unbelievably weak. Probably do to being pampered his whole life. It's no wonder Harry gravitated to a strong, domineering woman. ( not saying that in her case it's a good thing. It's not because it's coupled with narcissism. )
Meg is also pampered princess in her own way and add that to her American upbringing, domineering personality and that doesn't mix well with British Royal life. The Royals have one power structure that you can not disagree with so being passive aggressive within that family is a way of life.
