Christmas should be enjoyable. Some people find it enjoyable spending Christmas with their family and seeing how happy it makes the grandparents. Even if it's a bit stressful and not perfectly enjoyable they believe in the commandment - Honor thy father and thy mother.

I always liked Harry and it seemed like all he wanted was to be just a regular guy. Unfortunately he was born into a bad situation where family takes precedence.
I think he made a very bad choice in marring this chick, he should have pursued his sister-in-law's sister, Pippa.

Harry has spent every Christmas with his family except for when he was in Afghanistan.
Why do *you* think he suddenly changed his mind and Meghan isn’t behind this?

where meghan goes, family dysfunction reigns. the Queen is 93 - how many Christmases are left to her? very inconsiderate of the Sussexes - and juvenile to boot.

I think they named their son Archie because his grandfather looks like Jughead.

The Queen’s mother lived to 101. She will live for as long as it takes to keep the Royal Twit off the throne.
If there’s anti-U.S. sentiment in the U.K. now, Meghan Markle is going to make it a lot worse. Brits don’t like seeing one of their princes being led around by the you-know-what.

I’ve thought that plenty of times. Why didn’t Harry go after Pippa?

No doubt Meghan and Harry are waiting for the Queen to die so they wont have to be under her thumb any longer. In that case I say... Long Live the Queen. That's not how it works. They would then be under Charles' thumb, and then William's thumb, and then George's thumb, and then the thumb of George's first child...

And, Elizabeth, Her Royal HighnessElizabeth II is referred to as "Her Majesty the Queen." Royal Highnesses are lower in rank.

Baby Archie doesnt have a title and should be free to grow up with an identity free from the bad baggage of pecking orders and things. And all that heavy money, too, if that's the case.

Christmas should be enjoyable.Christmas should be reverent. All the rest, the family gatherings and whatnot, is part of accepting the elevated status and wealth and duty that comes with being in the royal family, something both Harry and Megain are thumbing their entitled noses at. Diana was done wrong by her husband is why she disliked it so much. She would have felt the same if her mother-in-law lived in the East End.

I suspect that there's a rebellious side to him and by hooking up with this American tart he is in some way getting back at the Royal Family......
When he was flying Apaches for the Brits in Afghanistan, that was probably the most satisfying time of his life since he was able to be himself with the rest of the British soldiers. He almost didn't get the deployment because of who he was.

Oh, I don’t know. From what the buzz was, he was always thinking with the wrong head. That happens sometimes, when a boy loses his mother at a young age. He gets his concept of love mixed up with his need for a mother.
Or...he’s just thinking with the wrong head because he’s hedonistic.
