My mother’s side of the family had several members with severe winter depression symptoms and my other son has that. 5,000 IU of Vitamin D seems to be a big help. He also had 6 wisdom teath, Esquimo characteristic. My husband had many Neanderthal traits, and I have shoveling of my 2 lateral upper incisors and very large molars. My husband was very big and strong, and I am small and was unusually strong for my size. One of these days I am going to get everyone tested to see how much Neanderthal we have.

Now, if you take high doses of vitamin D, you should be taking vitamin K also. I'm uncertain about how much vitamin K but, I take 100 MCG daily.
