Fasting is a challenge. But it is good for the immune system and other things. As for weight loss: the most important thing is sleep. 5.5 hours or less really slows the calorie consumption by the body.

18:6 Intermittent Fasting is a breeze, especially on Keto, because you don’t get hungry.

It’s basically an early dinner, no breakfast, and a late lunch.
