Did I miss her comment on Obama Administration coordinating with FIVE eye countries to investigate an American, beginning with Carter Page, to infiltrate the house of a new PRESIDENT?
Does she prefer Sneaky route privilege of the Swamp, but not direct an upfront bilateral cooperation on corruption that included pay for play and influence peddling with VP Biden throwing weight around for Hunter the Hunted?

When C Rice initially stepped on the broader D.C. stage, I tended to respect her quite a bit. Sadly, shortly, I had to put her in the globalist category & never thought well of her again.
