I never understood the need for racial diversity in this country.
Most countries don't have it.
In China, the folks are CHINESE.
In Japan, the folks are JAPANESE.
In Russia, the folks are RUSSIAN.
etc.

Diversity of THOUGHT might be a goal but racial diversity? What has that got to do with the price of bread?

Vulnerable = not getting enough money from the government, won't work, could work, doesn't wanna work.
