I wasn’t all that into Paul Newman type movies back then.
I always got the impression Paul was the poor man’s version Marlon Brando. Interesting without being strange.

I was more into In The Heat of The Night with Sidney Poitier, In Like Flint, with James Coburn, The Happiest Millionaire with Fred MacMurray, Up The Down Staircase with Sandy Dennis.

In Like Flint...Our Man Flinty...greta movies. Soooo campy when veiwed these days. Much like Dean Martin’s Matt Helm movies. The Silencers was my fave.
