Hard for me to judge the magnitude of what this means, concerning the dramatic difference caused in reversing the attributions (to Strzok and Pientka).

I have no idea, not that far into the weeds and don't plan to go there. There is more involved that mixup of attribution here, I think, because we have Page editing Strzok's 302 record, and some chance the 302 is related to the same person's notes.
Powell seems to be on a track of prosecuting the government first, then moving to dismiss the case. Flip a coin, that's which way Sullivan will blow. Powell is hoping for action in a couple weeks, but there is no deadline for the court. Sullvan can wait a year or more if he wants to.
