I drove past that Popeye’s on my way to and from work at Ft. McNair for nearly 20 years. I’ve purchased chicken from there countless times for the 30 years I lived in the Oxon Hill/Camp Springs area. I never encountered your sarcastic comment at the store, even when it was crowded. And the staff was always courteous. And 1) I was never disappointed with the quality of their deep fried chicken and 20 I especially liked their onion rings.
Also, I’ve eaten in the store multiple times. I was shocked at this incident happening there. It is definitely uncommon for that store.
Hey, Grey....
Lighten up Francis. It was all in humor. Some pavement dwellers decide to stab one another over Chiken...and the jokes write themselves.
I am sure they do a fine job there. Thats why the crowds show up.
35. Oxon Hill and surrounding areas are killing grounds for the brothers who now roam at will. Used to do archaeological excavations at the Farmington Landing site and the local black folks were as nice as could be. Now I never go to that area for anything.
