Just saw this on another thread, a crocheter who once saw a baby blanket and had not seen the stitch before, then found it . I looked and found it the same way, cool stitch. So I watched that video of the white baby blanket and it looked familiar. My mom taught me a stitch many many years ago. I call it the basket stitch. It also has a "non-row look". When I watched the video it is similar to the stitch I know. In my picture, I stretched out the teal part a bit so it could be seen better.
