That hotel is the perfect example of capitalism. Taking a long vacant, once govt owned property and refurbishing it with PRIVATE $$, to turn it into one of the most amazing buildings/businesses, while preserving its unique architecture and history.
No wonder the left hates it...it represents the true American Dream story of SUCCESS.
They hate personal success and anything good that produces PRIVATE, not govt jobs. :-(
Don’t know WHY they keep getting sued, probably has to do with that “emoluments” thingy.
