She cannot, at 15, legally give consent to sexual intercourse, even if she says she's consenting. Consent is simply null--- legally --- at that age.

So pregnancy is prima facie evidence of either forcible or statutory rape. This is why it is legally mandatory for the clinic to report an abortion on a minor.

okay first dont misunderstand my point. I’m not okaying the age here. All I’m saying in my opinion its “less ugly” (a small amount) when we know the girl wasnt forced into the act. which in these cases is a slight relief to me...
