If they told us that Turner was out for not running inside the “runner’s box”, I would heartily agree. But calling it “interfering with a catch” is pure BS. Turner did nothing to deliberately interfere. It was a bad throw by the pitcher, IMHO.
Glad to see that Martinez stuck up bigly for his team to the point of being run. Now, if they could just send Joe “I’m not my father” Buck to the showers as well...!
