I was born and raised in SoCal....but never had a job..that I had to drive the Freeways too.....

My cats have always come down without help....but we can try other ways...put safety nets and go after the person up there...force them to surrender or jump...if they jump they get into safety net...some poor mentally diseased person doesnt need to be exterminated like Baghdadi...sadly....some of those messed up “guys” are vets....
