Virginia House of Delegates lawmaker Kathy Tran is getting big money from outside the state.

On January 9th, 2019, Kathy Tran placed two pieces of legislation before the Virginia House. One was to forbid the spraying and killing of insects. The other was to loosen restrictions on killing babies, which included the killing of babies at birth.

Support for Tran and the killing of babies at (directly) and after birth (by abandonment) by Governnor Ralph Northam was news for about 25 seconds.
