Yet what did Andrew the Dolt actually know and see and do? The Palace — meaning the Queen — is said to get regular reports and to call in errant Royals for a handbagging and threats of cuts in their allowance and travel privileges. If Andrew is innocent of wrongdoing, the Palace needs to get ahead of the story by putting exculpatory facts on record. If not, then they need to prepare against civil and criminal claims in the US courts.
