SHELBYVILLE, Ky.
Shelbyville police are investigating what led someone to shoot out a drive thru window at a KFC restaurant Monday afternoon. Witnesses say it was over a fork and a napkin.
Shelby County dispatch confirmed Shelbyville police were called to the KFC for a report of a shooting, but so far, the department hasn't released any details.
A message was taped to the door Monday evening saying the restaurant was closed but offered no explanation.
Witnesses tell WLKY a female customer shot through the window after she didn't receive a napkin and fork.
Charlene Witt is the manager at the Subway restaurant directly across from KFC.

Licensed to carry?
Yeah...failure to fork and napkin some people can cause them to feel “disrespected”.
Drive thru window job at fast food restaurants is becoming one of the most dangerous occupations.
How do animals which don’t have fingers eat cole slaw in the wild?
“Kentucky Woman!”
Waylon, Neil or Deep Purple version?
This response seems to be somewhat of an understatement.
Admittedly I have taken my fair number of shots at fast food workers here on FR over the years. Making unflattering comparisons to Joe Biden, etc.
HOWEVER....
The job is just getting too dangerous. None of them get paid enough to contend with the sort of crap that is happening to them in this society.
They should all quit and let the morons starve.
I prefer Neil’s version though DP’s version is pretty cool. I never heard Waylon’s.
Food critics are tough cookies!!
5. You left out, “You want fries with that”?
Hehehe.......
Well...you are just a target, then.
Oh please, I grew up in NYC in the bad old days. I know how to look after myself. I follow all the Derbyshire rules.
