If Pardons were issued they would have to be officially recorded. You can’t give a secret pardon and have the subject present the paperwork as needed. Also, POTUS would have already checked all the recordings. Dems may try to make a claim but they will go down if ever charged.It looks like the Clintons are behind everything and Obama might have to take a fall also. IMHO

My answer, IMHO, would be that Obama is not a citizen of the United States and lied his way through Senator and POTUS offices therefore he should be locked up for life for Treason or sent back to Kenya and his supposed American Citizenship cancelled...once that is done, IF he did pardon Hillary then her ‘pardon’ would be null and void and Our President can get her on Treason, Sedition and Murder...
