The new crime bill completely overturns the crime bill disaster Bill Clinton signed back in his day. She references Breitbart for the new crime bill here:
She points out from the 2016 article on everything wrong with the old Clintoon crime bill here:
A few excerpts from Thomas Frank:
"Bill Clinton's crime bill destroyed lives, and there's no point denying it."
"The former president made sure low-level drug users felt the full weight of state power at the same moment bankers saw the shackles that bound them removed."
"Another interesting fact. Two weeks after Clinton signed the big crime bill in September 1994, he enacted the Riegle-Neal interstate banking bill, the first in a series of moves deregulating the financial industry. The juxtaposition between the two is kind of shocking, when you think about it: low-level drug users felt the full weight of state power at the same moment that bankers saw the shackles that bound them removed."
"Back in the early 1990s, and although they were chemically almost identical, crack and powder cocaine were regarded very differently by the law. The drug identified with black users (crack) was treated as though it were 100 times as villainous as the same amount of cocaine, a drug popular with affluent professionals. This “now-notorious 100-to-one” sentencing disparity..."
Trying to keep the excerpts under 300 words but there were calls to abolish this disparity because of this:
"The bill then went to President Clinton for approval. Shortly before it came to his desk he gave an inspiring speech deploring the mass incarceration of black Americans. “Blacks are right to think something is terribly wrong,” he said on that occasion, “… when there are more African American men in our correction system than in our colleges; when almost one in three African American men, in their twenties, are either in jail, on parole, or otherwise under the supervision of the criminal system. Nearly one in three.” "
Despite talking a good game, Bill Clintoon decided to uphold the 100-to-one sentencing disparity even though it was very unjust for poor people and Black Americans, compared to justice for the elites.
Running this through our Q filters we can see why President Trump is trying to right this wrong. The elites were purposely trying to use this to divide White and Black Americans. It all makes sense in why President Trump would want to reverse this and take one of the tools of division away from the elites. When the Q team infers the elites were purposely trying to divide us, there it was right there in plain sight. These people really are sick.
Thanks to the lady in this video which pointed these things out in her report. Her insights in to the 2 justice systems, caused by the Clinton Crime Bill, I believe is spot on. The good thing is the new crime bill signed by President Trump completely wipes out the old corrupt Clinton one.
I do also believe a couple of things that happened last week were not coincidences at all. The FBI Vault: Finders file is preparing the normies a glimpse of the crimes against children and humanity is real. The new crime bill also sets up the elites to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. President Trump is telling these derps they can no longer game the justice system. Good stuff!
Here is the video I pulled some of the info from (crime bill discussion starts at about 20 minutes in to the video):

Excellent and thought-provoking analysis of the past and current dynamic relating to blacks in America.
The crack vs. white powder discrimination is indeed a travesty. It’s exactly the same drug.
I believe one of the stunning surprises to the RATs in 2020 will be the fracturing of their stranglehold on the black vote.
