If all plays out as true this sort of supports a messy paper trail motif right?

I wouldn't even persue this had it not been for the reports that the Baghdadi raid found "cables' from the US Dept of State. That's why I think it's a message and for no other reason. I can't see Trump allowing that mess in a photograph released to the public.
