The pivot man
Well look at that, what are the odds?
Because he thought he was being clever using a take off a legal latin phrase of both sides at fault.
I bet mccain did too. There was one poster who was always positive about him
Maybe because it translates to Delicious Peter
Maybe he has a minimum-wage employee (probably a family member) doing it for him.
I agree. Why choose something idiotic, rather than something bland?
I suggest that it's within the realm of possibility that a young-adult employee chose the alias.
“The good news for non-quisling Republicans is that this should end the career of Pierre/Mitt to be the next John McCain as the go-to-guy whenever the Democrats and the media need a “Republican” to attack President Trump and conservatives.”
I wish I could be as optimistic as you...

Hillary would have blamed a staffer, or maybe the Russians. Mitt is just too unimaginative.
Should, but probably won't. How did we find out about "Pierre Delecto?" Because Mittens bragged about having a shadow account to a reporter.

They manage that tension in different ways: While the president spent a too-online Saturday earlier this month unloading on Twitterlaunching #IMPEACHMITTROMNEY into the canon of viral Trump tauntsRomney enjoyed a quiet afternoon picking apples with his grandkids in Utah and refusing to take the bait. When I met him in his office a couple of weeks later, I asked if the Twitter insults bothered him.Thats kind of what he does, Romney said with a shrug, and then got up to retrieve an iPad from his desk. He explained that he uses a secret Twitter accountWhat do they call me, a lurker?to keep tabs on the political conversation. I wont give you the name of it, he said, but Im following 668 people. Swiping at his tablet, he recited some of the accounts he follows, including journalists, late-night comedians (Whats his name, the big redhead from Boston?), and athletes. Trump was not among them. He tweets so much, Romney said, comparing the president to one of his nieces who overshares on Instagram. I love her, but its like, Ah, its too much. (After this story was published, Slate identified a Twitter account using the name Pierre Delecto that seemed to match the senators description of his lurker account. When I spoke to Romney on the phone Sunday night, his only response was, C'est moi.)
Since he was bragging to a reporter about doing it, then obviously he has no shame over it, and the press isn't going to rake him over the coals for it, because he was doing it for all of the "right" reasons in their eyes.
The fact that Romney did something so stupid and destroyed himself proves he is a Democrat.
Yep! “It is difficult to believe that Mitt beat Newt Gingrich in the 2012 primaries, and we got stuck with him and Paul Ryan.”
This occured at a time when people were intellectually lazy and foolishly trusted the media to provide honest and unbiased information to the masses in order to choose the best candidates.
It’s gotten to the point where I don’t believe a single word gleaned from any of the media. I will listen directly to what a person says in it’s entirely (no edited soundbites), and then I’ll use my God-given common sense to make up my own mind as to the trustworthiness of the person.
Good point.
What a pusillanimous prick! Romney questions Trump’s “character” but can any of you imagine Trump doing something like this?
Romney is suffering from the same delusion as Hillary. They BOTH think that they are the obvious ones to be president - and how dare anyone disagree.
