I would vote "not". Sex may be whatever you may want it to be, but gender is mostly pretty immutable.

There was a strong suspicion years ago that the East German women Olympic swimmers were actually males, and there was refusal to submit samples for verification. It turned out, however, that the "enhancement" was not the use of transgendered males posing as females, but extensive use of steroids and other doping, which masked the normal characteristics of the female physique. The "transgender" transformation is just a newer and more sophisticated form of doping, and should be treated as such in in declarations of championship in any sporting competition.

I want more men to claim they are female and ruin women’s soccer, tennis, basketball, swimming, basketball, volleyball, field hockey, etc., etc..
