Yowser. I just made chicken paprikash a few days ago in our pressure cooker. I use a lot if the sweet smoked paprika, about 1/4 cup. You have a nice long growing season.
We make a “beer can chicken on our charcoal grill without the beer can.
Slather the bird with oil, sprinkle on paprika, set it upright on the grill with a piece of aluminum foil over the top. Coals are indirect (sides of the grill.)
