Well, bone marrow is f***ing delicious.
There’s a reason dogs consider it a treat. Lots of good-for-you stuff in marrow.
If they got the deer in the marsh, would that be marsh marrows?
My ypunhest basically lived on breat milk, grass fed fed bone marrow, salmon roe, and avocados from 6 months to age 3. Didnt even know what sugar was until almost 4.
Far taller, stronger, brighter, and healthier than any kids we know the same age now.has never had an injection or needed antibiotics either.
Diet, especially during early development is so much more important than people realize.
Granted, basically spending 1000$ a month on home made “baby food” took some getting used to.
Away back then a fairly young Bernie Sanders was learning how to suck the life out of folks.
Around the time I started a family I discovered Adelle Davis (Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit), and then here book Let’s Have Healthy Children.” My husband and I went into training (no smoking, drinking, low sugar) eating very nourishing foods for six months before we started trying to make a baby. He was born 9 lbs. (I was 5’5”) with a voracious nursing appetite. Every 2 hours 4 times, then a 4 hour break and repeat for the first 6 weeks, at which point he had the weight of a 6 month old. Then he slowed down considerably. When I finally started feeding him other foods I followed the Adelle Davis book carefully, including mixing marrow with other nutritious foods. Once a toddler, I limited sugar foods to birthday, Halloween, Christmas, and Easter. He never had a cavity while living at home. Grew to be a real hunk and has spent over 20 years in 82nd Airborne and Special Forces. Needed some tooth work after he cracked a tooth as the result of a jump. Government and private health care costs would be a lot smaller if everyone was taught to eat right while young and the producers of sugar cereals and other junk food had some kind of restrictions or penalties.
Nah that was only 250,000 years ago...
