Set him loose in GP. Inmates will put up with somebody who has sex with a teen, depending on the circumstances and how he conducts himself. However, there are no acceptable circumstances for raping a baby.
Be sure the GP yard is equipped with lots of broom handles for administration of justice for this horrible crime.
