Government approved food pyramid and liberal approved+++. Eat lots of whole grains, carbs, toxic vegetables and frankenfoods like tofu. Lay off naughty healthy fats like butter and animal fat. Eat 6 times a day and blow your insulin through the roof and die at 55 at 40% bodyfat. But hell you are saving the planet ..right? Liberals are never right about anything.
But...but...sub Saharan Africans eat insects and lots of grains, and they are the picture of health! We must all eat like people in third world countries! That’s the idea behind that food pyramid, which was created by a man WHO HAD NO MEDICAL OR NUTRITIONAL TRAINING OF ANY KIND! (I’m not yelling; I’m being emphatic.
