Results for this Gallup poll are based on telephone interviews conducted Oct. 1-13, 2019, with a random sample of 1,526 adults, aged 18 and older, living in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. For results based on the total sample of national adults, the margin of sampling error is ±3 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. All reported margins of sampling error include computed design effects for weighting. Each sample of national adults includes a minimum quota of 70% cellphone respondents and 30% landline respondents, with additional minimum quotas by time zone within region. Landline and cellular telephone numbers are selected using random-digit-dial methods.

Positively UN-SCIENTIFIC - no better than a CNN website poll.

Look more at what happened in Louisiana over the weekend. Republicans took a super-majority in the state senate, are just short of it for the state House as they go into a mid-November runoff, and the governor who had bragged he would get 52 percent of the vote, thereby avoiding a runoff, got only 46 and will probably lose in the runoff. Look at Kentucky where an admittedly unpopular GOP governor was running behind in the polls and now has pulled into a tie since the impeachment garbage started by an 80-year old hag.
