Wow, that is the first compelling explanation for Nellie Ohr’s HAM usage that I’ve seen. Very interesting and plausible! And I’m surprised to not have seen it before, after countless threads full of HAM users claiming she couldn’t have done anything secretive over the airwaves.
I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me the first time I saw that she had a license. I bought the eq. and learned how to use it 3 years ago then put it away. Then it just struck me a couple days ago that may be what she was doing.
