Put up signs near US bases warning American drivers to be on the correct side of the road.
How about arrows painted on the road, the US military can fund it as a good will gesture. Most of the Anglosphere drive on the right maybe GB should consider it.
I’d be pretty surprised if they didn’t have signs like that on base.
