It’s like the music industry, there are hundreds of thousands of exceptional musicians but if you’re not good-looking enough the empty suits at the five major corporations that have a stranglehold on the music industry will pick looks over substance everytime.

AND Sendler kept meticulous records of the Jewish children's true names, their parents' names, and their whereabouts. The Nazis tortured her horribly over and over but she would not tell. The fact that she escaped and survived the war is miraculous.
After the war, she made sure each and every one of those children were returned to their parents (if alive), or other family members, or were placed with Jewish adoptive families if their natural families could not be located.
She kept her solemn promise to their parents to keep them alive AND maintain their Jewish identity.
