You can see parts of a crane boom in the wreckage
I think they are wrong.
The video shows the building collapsing not the cranes.
Don’t let the building inspectors get across the border.
Look like two elevators collapsed fully or partly. Can’t tell if that instigated the failure.

no third crane evident and no crane parts in the wreckage ... almost guaranteed they were pulling forms before concrete was cured enough ... that’ll pancake things real quick ...
A crane did fall but it was the last part of the building to collapse. Building collapsed like a house of cards.
Check the video and you can see the crane collapsing. It fell on a building across the street.
