Not right away.
The apps relay from respective archives which were tied to the old Q boards on 8chan.
So until Q's board is migrated & each respective Q archive updates their address protocol & then the app itself updates; it is safe to assume it is, for the moment; defunct.— EyeTheSpy (@TrueEyeTheSpy) October 13, 2019
