It wasn't Wood's first "righteous" shoot.

I wonder if he passed his psych eval.

It's no more reasonable to give a man who "has really strong sadistic tendencies and fantasies of rape and murder"* authority over any woman driving down the street than to throw an enraged rattlesnake into a kindergarten!

Assuming Wood failed, the person who approved or forced his hiring should personally be sued for any harm the sociopath they gave a badge and gun does.

*Dr Clarissa Cole was in charge of psych evals at one point in her career, that's how she described one person who was hired anyway, as were fully half the mentally unstable people who failed the psyche eval!
