“I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that someday we would someday become communists. – Jane Fonda, 1970, Address to Michigan State University”

I was in Vietnam in summer 1972 when Fonda went to Hanoi & George McGovern was in Saigon berating our allies.

Hated both those traitors ever since.

Hanoi Jane’s “Vietnam apologies” have consisted of “I’m sorry if any of you were offended” and “oh yeah, sitting on that AA gun seat really messed up my career”.

Fonda epitomizes the saying, “some people are alive only because it’s illegal to kill them”.

So I guess I will just have to wait for the bitch to croak.

She has said it more than once then because the video I saw was recent - post 9/11 - and the exact some words as you quoted from 1970. I have no doubt that I saw it. I have so much certainty that I looked up on google enough to refressh my memory. It was Jane Fonda, Bonnie Raitt, Madia Benjamin and Cindy Sheehan outside of Bush’s ranch in Texas and it was broadcast nationally.

I will begin searching for archived clips that include “Cindy Sheehan” to find it.
