While CoQ10 (OTC) is good, Ubiquinol (OTC) is better.

Plus, before you begin taking statin drugs, you should check your blood sugar for a week, then for two or more weeks after you start taking statin drugs. This is because in some people, statin drugs can trigger Type 2 diabetes.

Walmart probably has the best prices for both readers and test strips, Prime brand.

I had issues with muscle pain in my legs, had to start CoQ10 (which made a lot of difference) - is that what you are referring to as stress?

What is the liver damage concern?
