They have carefully orchestrated a fantasy - just like Russiagate/Spygate. It involves the Dem congress, the Intel community, the DS, the media - and Cinderella's fairy godmother. I had to laugh when Alexandra Chalupa got blown in John Solomon's Ukraine docs. She bragged about being able to use journalist Michael Issikoff (sp?). Who knew? Right?
These people are stupid. They are discounting and ignoring an official document - the WH official transcript. May their rage consume them!
The WB stated he wasn’t the only non-WH official to receive a readout of the call.
Not sure what readout means...a written synopsis or a verbal retelling ?
If it’s a written synopsis, I’d sure like to see it.
The official transcript was released as “Memorandum of Telephone Conversation”. From the document itself:
“CAUTION: A Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation (TELCON) is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty officers and NSC policy staff assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place.”
What is head scratchin about the CBS story is they don’t mention it is pretty much hearsay:
The WB said “I did not review a transcript or written notes, but the official informed me that they exist.
The whistleblower wrote that he or she spoke with the White House official for “a few minutes,” and summarized their conversation.
and so it goes...
