If a court or agency required a monitor they should pay for it. Ostensibly, the reason for the monitor is to save the court or law enforcement agency the cost of room and board or because they dont have room available. There is a Darwin Award possibility here.

Ostensibly, the reason for the monitor is to save the court or law enforcement agency the cost of room and board or because they dont have room available. , The proper way for this to go is that the monitoring company reports to the court that they have not been paid.
The court then informs the Sherif of the violation of the bail conditions and orders the arrest of the suspect.
The Sheriff makes the arrest and informs the monitoring company that they can remove the monitoring device.
