I resent that Giuliani is implying, actually stating that America's FIRST bi-racial president should have stopped Joe Biden in the Ukraine.

Obama must be left out of this story! His perceived purity MUST be kept intact so that the young racial minorities have a hero to worship. Tying Obama to these scandals cannot be allowed to happen, even if they are true!
