My wife is skeptical. She doesn’t believe the birth control device could be inserted without the girl’s knowledge. She surmises the girl asked for it to be inserted, but lied about it to her parents about it because she did not them to know.
Of course it wasn’t done without the girl’s knowledge, but that doesn’t mean she asked for it.
Someone at the school probably told her to go the nurse’s station, where the nurse told her she has to do this procedure.
