Something called "The Democratic Coalition" is taking themselves and their roles in the as-yet-to-happen impeachment inquiry very seriously. They are unleashing an internet "rapid response" force made up of celebrities and other people who have too much time on their hands.(snip)
The task force, designed to lead rapid response to Trump during the impeachment inquiry, has confirmed members including comedian Rosie O'Donnell; actors Tom Arnold, Ron Perlman and George Takei; and actresses Debra Messing and Alyssa Milano, The Democratic Coalition's co-founder Scott Dworkin told Newsweek. The task force launched a fundraising effort and basic plan on Thursday. The group has already started meeting and is set to go live with its website next week.
It aims to utilize The Democratic Coalition's massive social media following to protect House Democrats in the front lines of the impeachment inquiry on Trump.
Well, that's certainly impressive. Every foul-mouthed, mentally unstable celebrity who has been making a case to be involuntarily committed to a mental institution for the last three years is now the official lunatic social media team for House Democrats.

An online response team like this is nothing new in the still-young social media era. The celebrities Dworkin is deploying here are what make it so mock-worthy.
Perlman can't write half of a sentence without using seventeen expletives. I'm no language scold, mind you, Perlman just isn't very creative about it. Tom Arnold always appears to be fueled by something that first got into his veins in the late 1980's. Alyssa Milano is an ongoing Twitter cry for help. And Rosie is just, well, Rosie.(snip)
No word yet from Dworkin as to whether Stacey Abrams will eventually join the task force and declare that she is, in fact, the real President of the United States.

Only the best and brightest will do! Is this the only way they can get attention? Why haven’t they left the country yet? Aren’t they overdue for that trip?
Aren’t these the same goofballs who read the entire Mueller report - out loud - so that everyone could hear it? That worked out well.
