I was very pleased with that information and then the article completely changed into the old and, to me, discredited information. The new information, which I believe I’d seen somewhere else but forgotten, was about a sentence long and then I was in the middle of stuff that made me feel dirty. I’m not a conspiracy theory person. And to Baggie, no, I do not consider Q a conspiracy theory. I think of it as a means for many people to make a research contribution and to also contribute to red-pilling a population that is muffled by the main stream media. I have no faith in the DS at all. But there are limits to anything, and I keep making sure I include “my opinion”, that that other topic goes far beyond a reasonable limit.
If you thought it was newsworthy, I would have considered it a better approach to text that one relevant sentence and not link to the entire article. I love Gateway Pundit, but it does that same thing. Headline. Mounds of non-conspiracy but old news. One new news sentence. I always think of GP as the bell to look around for further and deeper information on a topic.
I saw that sentence as a means to pull people into reading Event Not To Be Discussed, and felt tricked into reading as far as I did.
I have no problem with you being a conspiracy theorist, if you are. That’s YOUR opinion and you are have as much right to yours as I do to mine.
I fail to see how any part of that article should have made anyone feel “Dirty” to read. And it barely touched on “The event not to be discussed,” which was very far from the article’s main focus. All the author was really pointing out is that there is every reason to believe John Brennan and Cofer Black know each other, have possibly had dealings with each other over the years ... and NOW Cofer Black turns up on the BoD of Burisma as well as on Romney’s staff.
May I say something personal? Your emotional response (this is NOT a sexist comment; we all have emotions and psychology!) seems like an avoidance reaction to me. I was thinking, Mary, that you have some psychological training. Are you familiar with Freud’s concept of “Taboo?”
Mairdie, I don't think 'conspiracy theorist' is even a thing. As we've learned, it's a term the CIA propogated and entered into main stream conversation to silence independent thinkers (like us) and keep the people inside the constructed and 'acceptable' narrative.
Every time I even hear the words 'conspiracy teory', a little piece of my soul dies.
