Facebook’s updated ad policy is letting politicians post misleading ads (updated)
It essentially gives politicians free range to post almost anything.

Facebook’s updated ad policy is making it easier for politicians to post misleading ads. Nick Clegg, the company’s vice president of global affairs and communications (and a former politician) explained the policy last week: “We will not send organic content or ads from politicians to our third-party fact-checking partners for review,” he said at the time. “However, when a politician shares previously debunked content including links, videos and photos, we plan to demote that content, display related information from fact-checkers, and reject its inclusion in advertisements.”

haha, they would have a problem taking DJT’s ads off and then allow the DNC to run THEIR lies..which would be provable...

If anybody at FB had any honor at all, you'd be right as rain.

The problem now is the same as we've all had with FB, along with the rest of the DS and its acolytes:

They talk a wonderful word picture, do just exactly as they please (or have been instructed) and if they're questioned about anything they simply lie their butts off.

Or let their Legal Department/Media Spokesperson do that little job for 'em.

Only thing I'll have to do with FB is wait for the day I can dump 'em down the foulest shiffer I can find. (Or watch 'em sent to Hell as my REAL choice....)
