Again - for the third time - The court ruled that Trumps tweets are considered official public statements as coming from the actual government of the US (state media). Twitters’ removing of Trump’s post is de-facto censoring government statements.
I don’t agree with the ruling - it’s a stupid ruling and it was politically made so that Trump couldn’t block posters responding to his tweets ON HIS WALL - but the judges rationale is written such that Twitter is now a de-facto government entity when it involves government officials rather than a private Twitter user.
(Although it looks like Twitter didn’t delete the post - but the original that Trump retweeted which is a different issue)
