Sure - Twitter can ban Trump whenever they want which will promptly kill Twitter (let alone set them up for civil rights violations) - but while the President is there, while the President is posting, the Supreme Court has declared that “official government communications”

I’m sure you graduated at the top of your law school class but the Supreme Court said absolutely nothing about Twitter’s responsibilities to anybody. They’re a private company and can do what they want.
